Job Overview:

This administrative role will play a vital part in supporting the day-to-day operations of our Wards, Ward Managers, and Responsible Clinicians. The successful candidate will have excellent administration skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating administrative tasks and ensuring seamless operations.
  • Creating professional documents and reports.
  • Transcribing meeting minutes accurately.
  • Audiotyping services with precision.

Requirements:

  • Significant administration experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Intermediate/advanced keyboard skills.
  • Previous experience in taking and transcribing minutes of meetings, audityping.

Salary: £48,000 - £58,000 per annum depending on experience.
