Job Description:

This administrative role will play a critical part in supporting the day-to-day operations of our Wards, Ward Managers, and Responsible Clinicians. The ideal candidate will have excellent administration skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing administrative tasks and ensuring seamless operations.
  • Producing high-quality documents and reports.
  • Taking and transcribing meeting minutes accurately.
  • Audiotyping services with attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • Significant administration experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Intermediate/advanced keyboard skills.
  • Previous experience in taking and transcribing minutes of meetings, audityping.

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum depending on experience.
