About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced administrative professional to support the day-to-day activities of our Wards, Ward Managers, and Responsible Clinicians at St Andrew's Healthcare.

This full-time role will be based on our hospital site in Northampton and will involve maintaining smooth administration processes, producing high-quality professional documents, and taking and transcribing minutes of meetings.

The successful candidate will have significant administration experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel), and strong all-round administration and organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the daily operations of our Wards, Ward Managers, and Responsible Clinicians.
  • Maintaining efficient administration processes.
  • Creating professional documents and reports.
  • Taking and transcribing meeting minutes.
  • Audiotyping services.

Requirements:

  • Significant administration experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Intermediate/advanced keyboard skills.
  • Previous experience in taking and transcribing minutes of meetings, audityping.

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum depending on experience.
