Salary

We offer a competitive salary of £23,000 for this 3 months fixed-term, onsite role, with additional benefits including:

Job Description

In this dynamic role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the IT Project Manager and their team. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing, scanning, and archiving key project documents
  • Collecting, analyzing, and publishing project performance data using MS Excel
  • Organizing communications, visits, and travel arrangements for the project team
  • Updating user guides and business templates in MS Word to aid collaboration
  • Administrative support to the IT Project Manager / Project Management Team
  • Creating and maintaining essential project documents
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Good organizational skills, with experience in administration
  • Effective time management, able to prioritize tasks
  • Good interpersonal skills, a team player
