The Job
We are seeking an Administrative Support Professional to provide administrative support to our HR department. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. They will also assist with payroll and benefits administration, as well as contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have fluency in Italian and English. A degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field is essential. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software is also required.

What We Offer
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of up to £40,000 per year based on location and experience. You will also receive 25 days of holiday + Bank Holidays, with the option to purchase up to 5 additional days. An 8% pension scheme and enhanced family leave benefits are also available. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to participate in a cycle to work scheme and enjoy hybrid working.
