We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated School Kitchen Manager to join our team at Pick for Britain. This role offers a unique opportunity for someone looking to progress their career in food services management and make a real difference in the lives of our customers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Catering operations in running the service at Antrobus St Mark's CE Primary, representing both Edsential and the school to ensure that all pupils have the best quality food and customer experience.

As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our food services. You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the preparation and presentation of food to a high standard of hygiene and safe practice, completing all kitchen administration tasks, and supporting the team in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary of £40,000-£50,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including access to our Employee Assistance Programme, uniform, and secure Future retirement income through the local government pension scheme.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and organisational skills, ability to work well under pressure in a busy customer-facing role, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
