Description of Duties

The HR Administrator - Dutch Speaking will be responsible for facilitating HR processes and communicating with Dutch-speaking personnel. This entry-level position will involve managing HR tasks, ensuring smooth operations in a multicultural environment, and providing support to employees in various HR-related topics.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Facilitate HR processes and respond to inquiries in Dutch and English
  2. Assist with the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and guidelines
  3. Coordinate and support employee onboarding and training programs
  4. Keep up-to-date records of personnel data in the HR system
  5. Assist in the management of employee benefits and compensation schemes
  6. Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics
  7. Participate in HR projects and contribute to continuous process improvements
Requirements
  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Dutch and English
  • A high level of computer literacy, including experience with HR systems
  • A keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills
  • An ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
