Description of DutiesThe HR Administrator - Dutch Speaking will be responsible for facilitating HR processes and communicating with Dutch-speaking personnel. This entry-level position will involve managing HR tasks, ensuring smooth operations in a multicultural environment, and providing support to employees in various HR-related topics.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate HR processes and respond to inquiries in Dutch and English
- Assist with the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Coordinate and support employee onboarding and training programs
- Keep up-to-date records of personnel data in the HR system
- Assist in the management of employee benefits and compensation schemes
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics
- Participate in HR projects and contribute to continuous process improvements
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proficiency in Dutch and English
- A high level of computer literacy, including experience with HR systems
- A keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills
- An ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A competitive salary of £27,000 to £33,000 per annum, estimated salary £30,500
- 25 days holiday leave plus bank holidays, with the option to purchase up to 5 additional days
