About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team in a Dutch-speaking capacity. As part of our human resources department, you will be responsible for managing various HR processes, ensuring smooth operations in a multicultural environment.

This is an entry-level position that involves working closely with colleagues from diverse backgrounds. You will be required to facilitate HR processes, respond to inquiries in Dutch and English, and assist with implementing HR policies and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitating HR processes and responding to inquiries in Dutch and English
  • Assisting with the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and guidelines
  • Coordinating and supporting employee onboarding and training programs
  • Keeping up-to-date records of personnel data in the HR system
  • Assisting in the management of employee benefits and compensation schemes
  • Providing support to employees in various HR-related topics

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of £27,000-£33,000 per annum, along with 25 days holiday leave plus bank holidays. You will also have access to a cycle to work scheme, an 8% pension contribution, and enhanced family leave.
