Job Title: Higher Education Support Specialist

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join Bloomsbury Institute as a Higher Education Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality advice, support, and guidance to students to support their programme of study. You will work closely with students, staff, and stakeholders to develop and implement effective strategies for supporting students' academic and personal needs.

Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality advice, support, and guidance to students
- Work closely with students, staff, and stakeholders to ensure student satisfaction and success
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective strategies for supporting students' academic and personal needs
- Manage the development and delivery of front-line services that meet the needs of diverse student groups

Requirements:
- Significant experience of working in student advice and support or student services in a Higher Education setting
- Proven ability to provide high-quality advice, support, and guidance to students
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and build strong relationships with colleagues and external partners
