Educational Support Specialist Position

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our team as an Educational Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting pupils across the school, working outside the classroom in extracurricular activities, and providing high-quality educational experiences.

You will work closely with staff, pupils, and parents to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the school. Your expertise and experience will be invaluable in supporting the development of each pupil, helping them to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To prepare and deliver learning activities for individuals, small groups, or the class as a whole
  • To assess pupil progress and identify areas for improvement
  • To maintain professional relationships with staff, pupils, and parents

The estimated salary for this position is £29,000 - £39,000 per annum.
