Job Overview

Austin Fraser is a leading recruitment agency in London, N7, and we are seeking a highly skilled Higher Education Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our student services team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the well-being and academic success of our students.

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years' experience of working in a student services or safeguarding role, ideally within a Higher Education institution. You will have a strong understanding of the Higher Education sector, particularly in relation to student services management and administration.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating all aspects of student services, including liaison with external agencies
  • Developing support packs for students
  • Maintaining knowledge base of specialist support services

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years' experience of working in a student services or safeguarding role, ideally within a Higher Education institution
  • Knowledge of the Higher Education sector; in particular, of student services management and administration

Salary and Benefits:

  • Competitive salary: £32,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience
