Teaching Personnel is recruiting a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to work in a Primary School in Northamptonshire. The successful candidate will be required to work 13 hours per week, 2 days a week, 39 weeks per year.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting teachers in the delivery of the national curriculum and contributing to school policies and strategies.
  • Working with teaching staff to plan and manage resources, and providing support to pupils.
  • Providing advanced support for pupils and teachers to raise achievement standards.

About the role:

  • The salary for this role is estimated at £28,000 - £33,000 per annum, based on experience.
  • The ideal candidate will hold Higher Level Teaching Assistant Status or equivalent qualification.
