Education Job Description: Higher Level Teaching Assistant in Ealing

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our team in Ealing. As a key member of our educational support team, you will play a critical role in delivering lessons and providing tailored support to individual students or small groups.

About the Position:

This is a fantastic chance to work closely with students who have special educational needs or disabilities, adapting learning materials and methods to meet their unique requirements. You will also be responsible for planning and leading specific learning activities or interventions, as well as contributing to the assessment process by observing students, recording progress, and providing feedback to teachers.

In addition to your teaching responsibilities, you will handle administrative tasks such as preparing resources and organizing materials. Your exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask will be essential in maintaining a smooth and efficient learning environment.

Salary and Benefits:
