About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a passion for education, strong communication skills, and the ability to inspire and engage students. This role involves supporting teachers in the classroom, delivering lessons, and leading small group activities to enhance learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting class teachers in the planning and delivery of lessons, ensuring all students are fully engaged and supported.
  • Delivering lessons and leading small groups of students in focused learning activities to promote progress in key areas.
  • Assisting with the assessment of students' learning and helping to monitor progress against individual goals.
  • Providing support to students with additional learning needs, ensuring they receive the necessary interventions to succeed.
  • Supporting the management of classroom behavior, helping to maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
Requirements
  • An experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant with a passion for education and supporting children's learning.
  • Ability to deliver lessons and work independently with small groups of students.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
  • Previous experience working in a school setting, with a strong understanding of the primary curriculum.
  • A clear DBS check and legal right to work within the UK.
