Higher Level Teaching Assistant Role

Ribbons & Reeves, a leading education recruiter, is seeking an experienced and passionate individual to join their team as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) in Greenwich, Southeast London.

About the Role:

  • Assist in the delivery of various subjects, working closely with senior lead teachers to provide a supportive learning environment.
  • Prepare, deliver, and lead classes, engaging with students to enhance their academic potential.
  • Develop strong relationships with staff and students to promote a positive and inclusive learning community.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of a 2:1 University degree, preferably in Education or Early Childhood subjects.
  • Proven experience as a Teaching Assistant in a school setting, with a passion for supporting young people.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff and students.
