About the Role:
We are seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to support the smooth running of our teaching assistant team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  1. Supporting the Team: Offering guidance, support, and assigning responsibilities to teaching assistants to ensure they excel in their roles.
  2. Timetable Management: Creating and overseeing daily schedules to ensure teaching assistants are efficiently deployed where needed.
  3. Student Support: Working alongside teachers to help students with a range of learning needs, fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
  4. Progress Monitoring: Assessing student progress, identifying areas of improvement, and helping implement strategies to boost student achievement.

Requirements:
To thrive in this role, you should have:

  1. A genuine passion for education and student development.
  2. Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or similar role in education.
  3. Leadership qualities, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
