Position Details
  • Hourly Rate: 27.00 - 28.43 per hour (PAYE)
  • Schedule: Mon - Fri
  • Employment Type: Long Term
Duties
  • Deliver effective lectures and facilitate discussions that enhance student understanding of the subject matter, leveraging pedagogical methods to maximize engagement.
  • Develop and prepare course materials, assignments, and assessments that align with curriculum objectives, ensuring high standards of teaching.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practices, contribute to departmental initiatives, and foster a culture of innovation in higher education.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A relevant degree or higher qualification in the subject area is essential for this position.
  • Previous teaching experience at a higher education level is preferred, demonstrating effective instructional methods.
  • Strong skills to manage multiple responsibilities effectively while maintaining high standards of teaching, including strong organizational and time management abilities.

The salary range for this position is estimated to be between £27.00 and £28.43 per hour, making it a competitive offering in the education sector.
