Job Overview

Regent College London is seeking a Higher Education Specialist to join its academic team. This role involves designing, developing, and delivering high-quality learning experiences for students, ensuring they achieve academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Curriculum Development: Design and develop learning and teaching materials, including module specifications and assessment briefs.
  • Teaching and Assessment: Deliver lectures, seminars, and tutorials, set assessments, and provide timely and constructive feedback to students.
  • Student Engagement: Monitor student engagement, address performance issues, and signpost students to specialist services as needed.
Requirements
  • Experience: Experience or knowledge of quality assurance and validation of HE modules/programs, preferably in higher education.
  • Qualifications: Master's degree in a relevant subject discipline, Fellowship of the HEA (or willingness to work towards), and sufficient breadth and depth of specialist knowledge.
  • Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders, and proficiency in using IT to support teaching and learning.
Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, reflecting the company's commitment to competitive compensation and benefits packages.
