Job Description
  • Support students' educational and personal development.
  • Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements
  • A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Qualifications as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA).
  • Experience working with students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
Salary and BenefitsCompetitive salary: £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.

As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and educational professionals to deliver engaging and effective lessons while providing essential support to students with SEMH needs.
