Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to lead our Embedded Finance growth strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, partnerships, and sales, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and acquiring new merchants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new merchants and grow existing relationships.
  • Leverage industry networks and partnerships to expand distribution capabilities and drive revenue growth.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong track record of successful business development, partnerships, or strategic sales experience.
  • Experience operating within a regulated sector.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Sales, account management, or partnerships experience in retail finance or Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) sectors.
  • Partnerships with regulated companies, such as banks or consumer lenders.

Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience. Bonus opportunity tied to performance, generous pension scheme, and flexible working arrangements through NewWork.
