Job DescriptionAs a Digital Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Merchant/Advertiser/Brand accounts, collaborating with various teams to ensure client success, and driving revenue growth. Key responsibilities include:
- Account Management: Serve as the main contact for merchant accounts, building strong client relationships.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Finance, Sales, Product, and Operations teams to deliver exceptional service and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Performance Monitoring: Track account performance, analyze data, and provide clients with insights.
- Networking: Build relationships with key stakeholders and partners to drive business growth.
$90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
