Main Responsibilities:- Channel Management: Manage multiple channels to communicate with our merchants, including email, phone, and social media.
- Incubation Programmes: Develop and implement incubation programmes to support the growth of our merchants.
- Performance Analysis: Analyse data to identify trends and insights that can inform our business decisions.
Annual Salary: £72,000
