Head of Merchant Acquisition

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at Amazon Payments UK Limited. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who can drive new business growth, expand our merchant base, and deliver innovative solutions to customers.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing new business with merchants, identifying and executing deals, and expanding the adoption of Amazon Pay. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to create value propositions that meet the needs of our merchant clients.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of new business sales delivery, relationship management, and analytical acumen. You will possess great business judgement, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Building relationships with large e-commerce merchants at the most senior levels.
- Managing complex contract negotiations and coordinating functional teams to ensure highest integration standards.
- SUCCESSFULLY prioritizing the needs of merchant clients in a manner that balances merchant client needs and internal priorities.
- Exploring new market segment opportunities and identifying prospects that benefit from Amazon Pay.
Based in London, UK, we offer a competitive salary of £90,000 - £140,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a range of benefits, including health insurance, pension scheme, and annual leave allowance.
