We're looking for a talented and self-motivated Head of Performance Marketing to join our Marketing team. The successful candidate will have experience in leading marketing efforts across both D2C and B2B functions, with a proven track record of driving growth and innovation in a fast-paced environment.

The Role

As Head of Performance Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive customer acquisition, improve efficiency, and maximize ROI. You will oversee the Growth/Performance Marketing team, manage budgets, and lead the development of multi-channel consumer growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement new strategies to scale performance marketing function across multiple channels.
  2. Implement and refine a comprehensive framework for evaluating performance marketing spend, focusing on key metrics like CAC, LTV, and ROI.
  3. Improve growth metrics for Amazon, Paid Search, and Paid Social channels.
  4. Unlock and scale up other channels like LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Affiliates, and any other performance channel opportunities.
  5. Drive the development of end-to-end marketing and digital acquisition strategies on a global scale.
  6. Manage, optimize, innovate, and expand performance marketing channels through a test-and-learn approach.
  7. Partner with our brand, creative, and B2B marketing teams to drive a cohesive marketing strategy.
  8. Serve as a critical thought partner to the CMO and other senior leaders on adapting our performance marketing strategies.
  9. Oversee Ocean Bottle companion app marketing, including strategies for driving installs and in-app engagement.
  10. Collaborate with Sales, NPD, Impact, Tech, Ops, Procurement, and wider business leads to identify efficiencies and improve effectiveness in our acquisition channels.
  11. Analyze, report, and forecast on key performance metrics, identifying areas of opportunity across all online acquisition channels.
