About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead our Merchant Fulfillment Network (MFN) and Seller Fulfilled Prime (SFP) programs. As the Lead Merchant Fulfillment Solutions Specialist, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive improvements, understand customer pain points, and propose recommendations for enhancement. Your expertise will help us deliver exceptional experiences for our Selling Partners and customers.

Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of the merchant fulfillment business, including customer and Selling Partner pain points, to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with EU and global cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of new product launches, driving growth and innovation.
  • Identify new products and tools that support our Selling Partners, enhancing their experience and increasing efficiency.
  • Lead planning cycles, leveraging your expertise to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Sponsor junior members of the team in the EU to deliver project work aligned with business goals.
  • Own EU Free Shipping initiatives, providing updates to leadership and implementing new products in 2024.
  • Provide regular verbal and written updates on key performance indicators and progress towards goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Proven experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
  • Experience with end-to-end product delivery.
  • Experience with feature delivery and trade-offs.
  • Experience as a product manager or owner.
  • Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders.
Estimated Salary: £80,000 - £120,000 per year
