Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team at Burton Bolton & Rose Recruitment Services Ltd as a People Advisor. The successful candidate will have a strong background in ER, TUPE, and redundancy processes, and will be responsible for developing line manager HR capability and people management competence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support organisational change and restructuring activity
  • Provide HR support and guidance to line managers on people management and development
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to identify and address HR-related issues
  • Conduct training and development sessions to enhance HR capability and people management skills

Requirements:
