Key Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside an experienced Senior People Development Specialist to develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's business objectives.
  • Provide expert HR advice and guidance to retail store managers and employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Manage multiple Employee Relations (ER) cases, providing timely and effective solutions to resolve conflicts and issues.
  • Travel regularly to retail stores across London to provide support and guidance to stakeholders and employees.

Requirements:
