Development Manager Assistant

Key Responsibilities

To contribute to the delivery of the regions' development activities, including a range of different projects such as large-scale complex multi-tenure and mixed-use developments, affordable development programs, Joint Venture schemes, projects for specialist subsidiaries, and commercial development opportunities.

Requirements

  • Relevant industry experience in delivering mixed-use or mixed-tenure residential led development schemes.
  • Good IT skills, written/verbal communication skills, and numerical skills and financial understanding.
  • Self-motivated, able to problem-solve, and work without close supervision.
  • A team player able to work in a challenging fast-paced environment with multiple workstreams, adopting a collaborative approach to their work. Able to work under pressure to deliver against tight deadlines.
