About the Role

The successful candidate will have relevant industry experience in delivering mixed-use or mixed-tenure residential led development schemes. They will be self-motivated, able to problem-solve and work without close supervision, and have good IT skills, written and verbal communication skills, and numerical skills and financial understanding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the management of the development programme across the portfolio, including large-scale complex multi-tenure and mixed-use developments, affordable development programme, Joint Venture schemes, projects for specialist subsidiaries, and commercial development opportunities.
  • Contribute to the delivery of the regions' development activities in line with Group objectives and Business Plan.
