Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Social Development Direct. This is a mid-senior level position that reports to the Deputy Head of Business Development.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in business development or sales, preferably within the international development sector. Our organisational vision is a just and equal world founded on gender equality and social inclusion.

Our mission is to provide excellence in social development to support policies, laws, social norms and institutions that advance social, economic and political justice for all.

The selection process will include a pre-screening call, a written assessment, and one competency-based interview with Victoria Lishak and Serena Mior.

Interviews will be held via Microsoft Teams. We are committed to making adjustments during the recruitment process and implementing the Disability Confident scheme.
