We are seeking a highly skilled People Development Specialist to join our team at the National Theatre.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional in the field of learning and development to support the growth and development of our staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert guidance and support to colleagues to access training and development opportunities.
- Manage our online mandatory training curriculum and support the management of our Learning Management System.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective learning and development programs.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development programs and interventions.
- Develop and deliver presentations to colleagues and stakeholders.
- Manage complex projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working in a specialist learning and development or people role.
- Experience building strong relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and external suppliers.
- Working knowledge of current learning and development theories and organizational behavior.
- Experience preparing presentations and managing projects.
