About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced E-Rostering Support Administrator to join our Transformation Unit. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the effective use of our e-Rostering system, ensuring that it meets the needs of our organization and provides efficient, cost-effective, and safe rosters in line with our policies.

Main Responsibilities
  • System Support: Provide expert advice, guidance, and solutions to enhance the use of the e-Rostering software, ensuring that Trust staff are fully supported in its use.
  • System Maintenance: Ensure that the system is fully and accurately maintained, meeting the needs of the Trust and providing efficient, cost-effective, and safe rosters.
  • Improvement Support: Support ongoing improvements in the e-Rostering service, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support for the training management's operations and the implementation of the e-Rostering system in general.
Requirements
  • Education and Qualifications: Educated to GCSE or equivalent Level 2 Literacy and Level 2 Numeracy.
  • Technical Experience: Experience in using databases and the ability to extract and understand the information, as well as experience in providing a technical support service to users.
  • System Maintenance: Experience of maintaining the background of Allocate Software Healthroster system, including personnel and establishment management, Payroll, reference data, user account management, and e-BankStaff, Roster Perform.
