About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Rostering Specialist to join our team at Ramsay Health Care UK. As a key member of our HR People Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Workforce Hours Management Strategy by providing rostering expertise to our sites and ensuring rosters are built to budgeted activity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Rostering Lead and People Team in developing and implementing rostering strategies
  • Collaborate with site leadership teams to understand rostering needs and provide solutions
  • Build and maintain credible relationships with employees and managers at all levels of the organisation
  • Identify and resolve complex queries and their multi-disciplinary impact
  • Travel to our hospitals and offices as required, including regular overnight travel

Requirements:

  • Experience of working with rostering systems in a healthcare organisation
  • Excellent IT skills, including intermediate level Excel
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with employees and managers
  • Detail-focused with the ability to identify and resolve complex queries
  • Flexibility to work across several locations and travel regularly
