About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced E-Rostering Specialist to join our Maternity team at Barts Health NHS Trust. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day management of our electronic rota systems, ensuring that all staff are provided with accurate and up-to-date rosters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain electronic rota systems, ensuring compliance with NHS regulations and guidelines.
  • Work closely with Trust clinicians and managers to support the e-Rostering system to its full potential within the service.
  • Design and deliver training sessions to staff on the use of the e-Rostering system.
  • Provide first and second-line support for the e-Rostering system, resolving technical issues and providing guidance to staff.
  • Collaborate with the e-Rostering Support Team to ensure the smooth operation of the system.
  • Develop and maintain processes and procedures for the e-Rostering system, ensuring that they are aligned with Trust policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Relevant degree-level qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in working with e-Rostering systems, preferably HealthRoster.
  • Previous experience of NHS or other organization's information systems.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team, dealing with people and situations sensitively and appropriately.
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization and with differing staff groups, providing support and guidance in a positive way.
