Location: Addlestone
Salary: £33, Class 2
Hourly Rate: £16.28 – PAYE
Salary: £37, Class 1
Hourly Rate: £17.86 – PAYE
Work Schedule: 24-hour roster (day & night shifts – 28-day rolling roster)
Employment Type: Temp to perm (3-month temporary followed by permanent contract after successful probation)
Driver Requirements: Class 1 or 2 drivers needed
Induction Training: Ongoing throughout the month
Position Overview
We are actively looking for multiple Vehicle Recovery Specialists to operate from the Addlestone region. In this position, you will deliver exceptional service to our clients by retrieving their vehicles from the roadside, loading them onto your recovery vehicle, and transporting them back to the facility for necessary repairs.
- Operating a company vehicle to assist customers with their broken-down vehicles at the roadside.
- Safely loading vehicles onto your recovery truck.
- Driving the loaded recovery vehicle back to the facility.
- Addressing any inquiries or concerns from customers during the process.
Candidate Profile
To excel in this role, prior experience in roadside recovery is not mandatory, as thorough and detailed training will be provided during your induction. We seek candidates with substantial experience in Class 1 or Class 2 driving roles. A strong customer service orientation and a commitment to upholding the company’s reputation during all interactions are essential.
- Experience in Class 1 or Class 2 driving.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Willingness to participate in Roadside Recovery training during induction.
