About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Recovery Specialist to join our team at Recovery Focus. As a Recovery Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals to maintain their tenancy and independence in the community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement personalized support plans to help individuals achieve their goals and aspirations.
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to individuals, promoting their recovery and wellbeing.
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals, such as GPs and local authorities, to ensure a comprehensive support network.
  • Enter accurate case notes onto our IT system, ensuring effective record-keeping and data management.

Requirements

  • Caring, consistent, and flexible approach to supporting individuals.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and connect with people at all levels.
  • Understanding of drug and alcohol issues, county lines, and antisocial behaviour.
  • Willingness to participate in learning and development opportunities.
