Recovery Support Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Recovery Support Specialist to join our team at Richmond Fellowship's Meridan House. As a Recovery Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in helping individuals with mental health issues to maintain their independence and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement personalized support plans to help individuals achieve their goals and aspirations.
  • Work collaboratively with individuals, families, and other professionals to provide comprehensive support and guidance.
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to individuals, promoting their mental health and wellbeing.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of recovery and empowerment.

Requirements

  • Experience of working in a mental health or social care setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of mental health issues and recovery principles.
