Recovery Worker

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Recovery Worker to join our team at Richmond Fellowship's Meridan House. As a Recovery Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with mental health issues to maintain their independence and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement personalized support plans to help individuals achieve their aspirations
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to individuals, promoting their independence and well-being
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive support
  • Contribute to a culture of recovery and well-being, promoting positive outcomes for individuals

Requirements

We are looking for an individual with a caring and compassionate nature, who is able to work independently and as part of a team. An understanding of mental health issues and/or lived experience would be beneficial, but not essential. What is essential is your enthusiasm for helping others and your ability to inspire recovery.
