About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced E-Rostering Support Administrator to join our Transformation Unit. As an E-Rostering Support Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting Trust staff in the use of the eRostering system, providing expert advice, guidance, and solutions to enhance the use of the software.

Main Responsibilities
  • System Maintenance: Ensure that the eRostering system is fully and accurately maintained to meet the needs of the Trust, providing efficient, cost-effective, and safe rosters in line with Trust policies.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support to users, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively use the eRostering system.
  • Improvement Initiatives: Support ongoing improvements in the eRostering service, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing changes to improve the system's functionality and user experience.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support for the training management's operations and the implementation of the eRostering system.
Requirements
  • Education and Qualifications: Educated to GCSE or equivalent Level 2 Literacy and Level 2 Numeracy.
  • Technical Skills: Experience in using databases and the ability to extract and understand information, as well as experience in providing technical support services to users.
  • System Maintenance: Experience in maintaining the background of Allocate Software Healthroster system, including personnel and establishment management, payroll, reference data, user account management, and eBankStaff, Roster Perform.
