Family Therapist Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Highly Specialist Systemic Family Therapist to join our team at the Transformation Unit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality mental health services to children and young people and their families and carers across the West London NHS Trust 3 Boroughs CAMH Service and crisis pathway.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide accessible, high-quality mental health assessment and intervention for children and young people, sensitive to their cultural, ethnic, religious, contextual, family, and developmental needs.
- Develop and implement risk management plans for children and young people presenting with acute psychological and mental health problems.
- Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to provide brief interventions and outreach work to children and young people in crisis.
- Postgraduate qualification in family/systemic psychotherapy.
- Registration as a systemic psychotherapist with UKCP or equivalent body.
- Qualification in a relevant profession such as social work, nursing, psychology, or the equivalent.
- Training in systemic supervision and consultation.
- Experience of working with young people in crisis and their families/carers.
- Commitment to and experience of multi-disciplinary working.
- Experience of supervision or consultation.
- Experience of research and audit.
- Experience or interest in running Multi Family Therapy groups (MFT).
