Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our Transformation Unit as an E-Rostering Support Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with our team and contribute to the development of our e-Rostering system.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to Trust staff on the use of the e-Rostering system, ensuring efficient and effective use of the software.
  • Maintain the system to meet the needs of the Trust, providing accurate and up-to-date rosters in line with Trust policies.
  • Support ongoing improvements in the e-Rostering service, identifying areas for development and implementing changes as needed.
  • Provide administrative support for the training management's operations and the implementation of the e-Rostering system.
Requirements
  • Educated to GCSE or equivalent Level 2 Literacy and Level 2 Numeracy.
  • Experience in using databases and extracting and understanding information.
  • Experience in providing technical support to users.
  • Experience in maintaining the background of Allocate Software Healthroster system, including personnel and establishment management, Payroll, reference data, user account management.
