Full-time eRostering Support Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Support Assistant to join our UK support functions team at Umbrella Functional Consulting & Support Team.

The successful candidate will play a key part in helping our customer-facing colleagues deliver exceptional standards of customer service and patient care.

  • Assist with the booking of temporary staffing using RLDatix Optima eRostering systems.
  • Support users with queries relating to access and provide guidance on basic system navigation.
  • Provide additional support for the eRostering Lead and System Administrator to expand knowledge of the system and processes.

As an eRostering Support Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Proficient in Microsoft office packages, including knowledge of Excel.
  • Knowledge and understanding of working with an e-Rostering system is desirable.
  • Experience of data administration.
