About the Role

CV-Library is recruiting for a Customer Project Administrator to join an expanding company. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to develop their skills and knowledge in a dynamic and expanding company.

You will be responsible for providing admin support to existing customers, managing the process from start to finish of contracted services to their satisfaction.

This role involves contract scrutiny, customer contact and ordering services as specified from suppliers via a CRM system within agreed SLAs. You will also be responsible for managing order workloads, progress reports and service updates for both the business and customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage contracts and ensure timely delivery
  • Coordinate with customers and suppliers to resolve any issues
  • Monitor order workloads and progress reports
  • Update service information and communicate with stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Tactful and diplomatic in all interactions
  • Numerate and literate with excellent telephone manner
