Front of House Team Member

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our Front of House team in a full-time or part-time capacity.

  1. Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly and responding to their needs.
  2. Co-ordinate event logistics, ensuring seamless execution of driver sign-ins and uniform distribution.
  3. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Race events and merchandise.
  4. Manage multiple channels of communication, prioritizing tasks and resolving issues efficiently.
  5. Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
  6. Support the Venue Management team with administrative tasks and projects.

  • The successful candidate will possess strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • They will demonstrate adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences is vital.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, is required.

Employment Details:
