Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet customers, understand their service requirements, and complete necessary paperwork.
  • Liaise with the Workshop team to ensure efficient and profitable service delivery.
  • Contact customers regarding additional work required and provide accurate quotations.
  • Courteously handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to meet targets for customer satisfaction, accuracy, and productivity.
