Customer Experience Coordinator

We are seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator to join our Customer Support team at WorkBuzz. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing first-class customer support to our clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, and contributing to the growth and success of our business.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer-facing roles, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment. They will also be tech-savvy with a good understanding of Excel and able to learn new systems quickly.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Develop and deploy surveys, map data, and optimize user experiences
- Complete administrative tasks on our platform, such as employee data uploads and contact updates
- Collaborate with the wider WorkBuzz team on various projects and initiatives
