About the Role

As a Customer Service Coordinator at Ingram Content Group, you will be responsible for managing process requests, inventory management, and order entry. This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively serve internal and external clients.

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing a ticketing system to manage customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly. In addition, this role will involve serving as a primary contact for several IPS retail customers and providing secondary support to publishers where necessary.

We are seeking an individual with 1 year of customer/client services experience and a strong background in administrative procedures. Microsoft Suite proficiency is also required. Responsibilities
  • Manage process requests through phone and email using a ticketing system
  • Serve as a primary customer service contact for several IPS retail customers
  • Provide secondary support to publishers where necessary
  • Responsible for inventory management, order entry, and reporting

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience)
