About the Role

As a Customer Service Coordinator - Fleet Management, you will be responsible for managing the implementation of incoming orders with precision. This role is a crucial connection between the customer, sales, account management, field services, fulfillment, and finance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enter new business orders into the SAP system, set up accounts, vehicle lists, multiple user logins
  • Process additions to fleet orders and account renewals for existing customers
  • Arrange hardware upgrades as needed

You will play a pivotal role in maintaining high Customer Satisfaction scores and meeting Key Performance Indicators. You will work closely with various teams to ensure seamless order processing and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements:
  • Experience in order processing, preferably with SAP knowledge
