Responsibilities- Monitor counters and chillers to ensure they are clean, well-stocked, and presented to our high standards.
- Regularly check restaurant areas to maintain consistent levels of cleanliness with meticulous attention to detail.
- Listen carefully to instructions from your manager and provide prompt and efficient service at all times.
- Communicate confidently with customers, gathering feedback and reacting to their needs to ensure every customer experience is positive.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Food Safety Level 2 and Health & Safety Level 2 certificates.
- Previous experience working in a customer service environment.
- Good merchandising skills and till experience.
- An estimated salary of £20,000 - £25,000 per year, depending on experience.
