Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Professional to join our team at Dawsongroup Plc Careers. As an integral part of our administration department, you will be responsible for managing customer files, creating rental agreements, and resolving billing queries.

About the Role:
This is a varied role that requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with the Administration Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Administration department.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date customer files.
• Prepare and update quotations, credit applications, and hire agreements.
• Manage booking forms and raise rental agreements on our management system.
• Ensure correct paperwork is completed before vehicle release.
• Handle live rental agreements, including order updates, billing changes, and terminations.
• Communicate effectively with customers to resolve queries.
• Generate invoices, maintain spreadsheets, and issue reports.
• Support monthly and year-end processes, including Vehicle Transaction Summaries.
• Provide full cover in the absence of the Administration Manager.

Requirements:

• Strong administration skills, including data entry and record-keeping.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
• High level of organisation and time management skills.
